Refunds
**We do not refund if your order gets held behind schedule with shipping delays due to COVID or any other issue beyond our control as owners. Absolutely NO personalized items will be refunded. If for some reason there is another issue at fault of Laserbeam Printing you will be refunded fully. Please be aware it can take several days for the transaction to show up on your bank statement.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be allowed if there was an issue at fault of Laserbeam Printing company. All SALE items are FINAL SALE! They will not be eligible for returns. Shipping is non-refundable.
**We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately laserbeamprintingcompany@zohomail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
